Advanced Options

ADD CONTENT

When you select Add Content from the shortcuts bar, in addition to the basic content types you are given a list of advanced content types that are available on your site.


BLOG

Optional blog available. To turn this feature on follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the Shortcut bar: Menus > Main menu and list links.
  2. Under About Us section you will see Blog, check the ENABLE box.
  3. Click on the Save configuration button when complete.

Create BLOG ARTICLE

To add a new blog article follow these steps.

  1. From the shortcuts area select: Add Content
  2. Select: Blog Article
  3. Fill in the following fields:
    • Title: blog article title
    • Body: blog content
    • Tags: enter a comma-separated list of words to describe your content
    • Image: upload an image to go along with blog article
  4. Click on Save button when finished.

COMMITTEE

Optional committee page available. To turn this feature on follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the Shortcut bar: Menus > Main menu and list links.
  2. Under People section you will see Committees, check the ENABLE box.
  3. Click on the Save configuration button when complete.

Create COMMITTEE

To add a new committee follow these steps.

  1. From the shortcuts area, select: Add Content
  2. Select: Committee
  3. Fill in the following fields:
    • Committee Name
    • Body: committee description
    • Committee Chair: committee Chair's name
    • Committee Members: committe members names. This field will pull names from the people content type. Begin typing name and field will auto complete. To add another person click on Add another item button.
  4. Click on Save button when finished. 

MEETINGS ARCHIVE

Under the About Us section there is a History & Archives subsection with an optional Archive page. The Archive page displays a list of ALL meetings. If you would like to display the History & Archives section, along with the Archive page follow these steps:

  1. Shortcut bar: Menus > Main menu and list links.
  2. Under About us you will see History & Archives, check the ENABLE box. Check the enable box for Archive as well.
  3. Click on the Save configuration button when complete.
